The dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed. Room filthy and spotted bedbugs. Constant loud music blaring from roof. Drinks overpriced and terrible food. Only good thing about this hotel from hell is the location. Management could care less. Dear Valued guest, Thank you for taking time to post a review on this portal. We do hope that with your help we can find a solution. This hotel is a best choice if you prefer to stay at a walking distance from the central attractions. It is only 3 minutes' walk from the central Republic square. There are some nice eating places in the vicinity, like the Dalan it is 1 minute walk from the hotel. The room was nice, well renovated with cosy furniture. The staff were very polite, service in general is on a good level. They have an open pool at the roof, which saved me from the summer heat.

I found all aspects of the hotel to be excellent: friendly and knowledgeable staff, great food, comfortable rooms and an enjoyable roof-top pool which felt wonderful on some of Yerevan's 40 degree plus days.
It would be nice of there was a bit more air conditioning in the common areas and it can be a bit noisy at night since many of the rooms face a central atrium. You can relax all day near by pool with a great view to the city, be sure that that the best stuff will surround you with worm hospitality.
